3. Integrated payments

Common errors
- Use 3 separate systems: management system + Stripe + Cloud invoices. It works but every month there are misalignments.
- Deferred invoices: issue everything at the end of the month. Good for the accountant, bad for cash flow.
- Ignore the customer's VAT number: without an updated VAT number, the invoice will not pass SDI.
- Manual numbering: risk of holes or duplicates. Leave it to the software.
