1. Integrated customer CRM
Complete personal data: name, telephone, email, VAT number, vehicles owned, intervention history, notes. When the client Marco calls you after 3 years and says "do it to me again like the last time", you need to know what you did to him.
2. File management with encryption
ECU files are sensitive data. Encrypted storage, automatic backup, access log. Never manage ECU files on shared Google Drive.
3. Electronic invoicing
In Italy, electronic invoicing has been mandatory since 2024. The management system must generate XML for the Exchange System directly from the payment, without copying and pasting into the accountant.
4. Prepaid credit system
The customer buys €500 of credits, deducts them when needed. Improves cashflow by 40% and guarantees predictable volumes.
