Autotuner file decode automation for your file service
Customers send the file read with their Autotuner. TuningFile decodes it through your Autotuner Cloud account so you, or AutoRemap, can start tuning right away.

How it works
- Upload. The customer uploads the Autotuner file in your branded portal.
- AutoDecrypt. TuningFile decodes it through your Autotuner Cloud account and attaches the decoded read to the job.
- Tuning. You tune the read, or AutoRemap prepares a draft from your WinOLS database.
- Delivery. The modified file is delivered to the customer from the same order, with credits and invoicing handled by the portal.
What you need
- Your own Autotuner Cloud account. Sign-in uses the e-mail link Autotuner sends to the address you configure.
- A TuningFile portal from €10/month, no setup fee.
Nothing to install: the decode runs in the cloud.
Slave customers
Autotuner customers are handled as slave tools: they need the encrypted file back, and TuningFile warns you if you are about to deliver a plain read. See slave file management.
